Have noticed that my heart rate drops to 50-55 late at night. 60-70a durong day. when i had high anxiety it was 80s, 90s, and had ekg, stress test, and holter all normal last year. would it be any different now that my anxiety has improved?

Those numbers are considered normal with most people. Yes, if anxiety is under control, your heart rate should be less than 80 most of the time. In fact, tachycardia (heart rate above 100) is a common finding during an anxiety or panic attack.
