You have an extensive CV work up, all negative apparently. I’m a little concerned by the posterior head squeezing. Firstly, please back off on high impact activity enough to relieve the symptoms. Secondly, please consult with your doctor or a neural vascular specialist to consider these squeezing symptoms. I wish you well. You do not sound faint of heart, and something is clearly bothering you.
