Absolutely yes.: It's good that your cardiac tests are normal & you are open to the idea that anxiety can trigger "a super sensitive heart". Heart rate & rhythm are affected by exercise, emotions like anxiety & fear, a drop in blood sugar, the after-effects of alcohol and sudden increase in the stress hormone adrenaline, to name a few. Discuss this with your PCP. Anxiety is manageable.
