A member asked:

Ct found small enhancing lesion of myometrium, suggesting uterine fibroid. i read fibroids rarely show up on cts unless theyre calcified or necrotic and that rarely happens in women in their 30s. is this true? how likely is it to be cancer instead?

You will need to speak with your Obgyn who can evaluate the CT scan report and help interpret the findings in the proper clinical context. Fibroids are extremely common findings.
