Gyne consult: Cervical thickening associated with enlarged pelvic nodes and weight loss requires a thorough exam by a gynecologist. Causation is varied from inflammatory to malignancy conditions of the cervix or lower uterine segment. Pls. Do not delay seeking gynecologist consult.
