Eye doctor did a series of tests on my eyes today. she said in my right eye i have slight optic nerve thinning. i do have higher than normal eye pressure (27). i return for follow up in 3 months. is this glaucoma at my age or tumor, ms, etc? worried?

Glaucoma can occur at any age, testing for glaucoma includes: family health history, visual field testing, measurement of corneal thickness, gonioscopy and and OCT testing with a dilated eye exam. If you have optic nerve thinning you may have ocular hypertension but I would get another opinion with an Ophthalmologist.

Doc, Can slit lamp examine optic nerve without use of dilating drops? Also please tell me that if person with angle recession induced by injury has normal eye pressure in yearly checks. Is it likely that history of injury is not leading to glaucoma?
Anxiety & multiple sclerosis sure do have the same symptoms.How do you tell the difference? Doc won't test for ms,even though twitching & eye problem.
Have right eye drooping and nerve/head pain, fatigue, body aches. AchR was low positive and ANA positive. Doc says not myasthenia or MS as SFEMG, EMG, head MRI/MRA, thymoma scan and LEMS serology were ok. Second AchR was negative. What could it be?
I was diagnosed with optic neuritis (possible MS) which has settled down the last few days. It not coming in my other eye. Should I see doc or wait?
