A member asked:

My wife's eye pressure was normal but other parameters were not normal. doctor told it is glaucoma. what to do? how to live with it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Second opinion: The hallmark of glaucoma, especially in a young person, is elevated pressure. There are other risk factors which contribute to the diagnosis but do not make the diagnosis. If the visual field is altered, that can be a clue, but visual field changes can come from other causes. You should seek a second opinion from an ophthalmologist who specializes in diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma.
