Your results are abnormal and consistent with anemia. You need further studies and clinical evaluation by your doctor to determine the cause. Please seek your doctor's advice. Please do not ignore these abnormalities.

You have moderate anemia and a possible liver pathology. Please follow closely with your doctor for further work-up.

What was the platelet level? Would check B12 level and liver functions as well. Stop alcohol and Tylenol as they are liver toxins and can worsen liver function. Follow up with MD in the next 24 hours.
