More than one issue: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your WBC count is high suggesting infection. MCV is low suggesting iron deficiency. Do you have any symptoms? Why were these tests done? The results neither rule in nor rule out STD.
