Slightly high RDW : And lowish MCV could support iron deficiency, but you are not anemic.

Retic count?: High RDW suggests there could be a high reticulocyte count or low b12. I would check a ferritin, B12 and folate (folic acid). Questionable iron deficiency even though MCV not below 80. Hope this helps.
