You need to be evaluated by your dentist or primary care doc in order to have a diagnosis for the mouth ulcers for which there are many much more common possible causes other than HIV. Your anxiety related to possible HIV infection is understandable otherwise and might need to be addressed separately as it is interfering with your ability of making sound decisions.

HIV detection from vein takes 18- 45 days for results and finger prick 18 - 90 days. Get tested once more at 85-90 days. Sores could be from your nervous thoughts and are usually canker sores treated with OTC medication. See your dentist if no healing.
