I had a i gave and received oral sex from another male last night. it was brief, no more than two minutes, and there wasnt ejaculation. i dont have cold sores or cuts in my mouth right now, is ok to say i am safe of hiv, and no need of pep?

Yes, you're safe. No PEP is recommended. CDC estimates the HIV transmission risk of oral sex at 1 chance in 10,000 for the oral partner, if the penile partner is infected; and 1 in 20,000 in the opposite direction. Equivalent to giving or receiving BJs by infected partners once daily for 27 and 55 years before HIV transmission might be likely. And you don't know your partner has HIV.

Risky sex leads to many problems. HIV is blood to blood contact but other STD'S can be transmitted by oral sex. If any unusual symptoms occur on penis or in mouth than get tested.
