Whoa: If you are HIV-negative 1.8 years after your last risky exposure, the problem is not HIV-related. I hope you are able to give up smoking, whatever else is happening. Only someone who can look at your oral lesion can determine the cause (though it's not HIV); if you are concerned, please get seen. If you're a smoker, you're not too young to have cancer from it.
