If you are underweight, your serum creatinine is significantly abnormal (normal result should be on the low side of that range for an underweight person). You probably has had kidney infection in both kidneys in the past because a young person needs only one perfectly functioning kidney to have a normal creatinine. Nothing you can do except avoiding future infection and control BP when it is high.

The underlying cause of your recurrent infections has to be found and treated and the best way to do that is to see a Urologist. There is no medicine to lower creatinine numbers. You are young and once your infection problem is addressed you should be fine. Dont forget to drink water every day. Good luck.
