At 32 years old I have been diagnosed with gastritis, gerd, and h pylori, but yet I still have pains that scare me that its my heart. I have had numerous X-rays,bloodwork,ct scans, and one stress test and everything came back normal.whats My issue?

38yrold.have acidity,burping,lot of gas.Get gastritis every year.Have had endoscopy/colonoscopy/USC done almost every year.It only says mild gastritis.Once it starts,it stays for months.I get it when i am under stress.Is it food allergy or stress?
Endoscopy results show minimal chronic gastritis with mild stromal fibrosis. Taking PPIs for 3 years for Barretts Esophagus. I have never seen stromal fibrosis on my pathology - what does this mean? Is it benign? Appt next week but worried?
