38yrold.have acidity,burping,lot of gas.get gastritis every year.have had endoscopy/colonoscopy/usc done almost every year.it only says mild gastritis.once it starts,it stays for months.i get it when i am under stress.is it food allergy or stress?

If they have treated you for gastritis in the traditional manner and it has not improved you probably have another disease - possibly eosinophilic gastritis and should see someone at a medical center for further evaluation and treatment,
