I was diagnosed with covid a week ago. fever lasted only 3 days and all seemed okay until today, when temperature of 37.5 degree celsius returned. please tell me is this covid related and what to do? i took azythromicin for 6 days?

The "37.5 Celsius" tep is probably not related to COVID-19. There are multiple infectious agents which can cause temperature elevations. Viral pathogens do not respond to Azithromycin.

You may have never recovered from original infection. If you have any other symptoms and continued fever get a PCR test immediately.
