I woke up with vomiting and diarrhoea. have a temperature of 37.9. body is sore and have a headache. 8 people in our work team have tested positive in the last month. is this just a stomach bug or do i need to go for a covid-19 test?

COVID 19: There are some cases in which COVID 19 primarily presents with GI symptoms. Your symptoms could be due to COVID 19, other viruses or bacterial infection. Testing is the only way to know for sure.
