Lupus anticoagulant screen w/ reflex. is it normal for the results to change/worsen in 5 months? first time in october the drvvt confirmation was negative. 5 months later it was positive. both times had a high drvvt screen. why would results change?

Tests for LA need to be confirmed after 3 months because medication(s) or some clinical events, e.g. infection, can affect the result.
