My pcp ordered a lupus screen. lupus anticoagulant screen was 31. drvvt was 47(standard range under 45). drvvt 1:1 negative. what does this mean? is it concerning that my drvvt was high? i will talk to my dr. i have 4 other autoimmune dis?

This is a test for the presence of the lupus anticoagulant. Since your DRVVT ratio was normal, I doubt that the borderline reading of 47 is significant. When it's elevated the lab usually reflexively tests other coagulation tests for more information. The rheumatologist can advise you best as he/she knows your clinical history & findings.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided does not suggest that you have lupus anticoagulant. Wish you good health!
