Currently being tx'd for psa with plaquenil and stelera. last 2 years i've had 1 positive ana but my (ds) dna runs extremely high between 835 - 2200 iu/ml. i suffer from extreme fatigue and joint and body aches. lupus? another autoimmune disease?

dsDNA is quite specific for SLE, not for PSA. I will be surprised if you were not diagnosed with SLE with that dsDNA titer. If you have any doubt, positive Smith antibody should confirm the diagnosis with your current symptoms.
