Currently being tx'd for PSA with plaquenil and Stelera. Last 2 years I've had 1 positive ANA but my (ds) DNA runs extremely high between 835 - 2200 IU/ml. I suffer from extreme fatigue and joint and body aches. Lupus? Another autoimmune disease?

Diagnosed w/lupus 10 years ago &have been on plaqunenil. For past 6 years, my SED rate, c3, c4, and crp have been normal.my double stranded dna has been always negative. I have Ana 1:640 and other qualifying symptoms. Do I no longer have lupus ?
Neg ana. Anti ds DNA indeterminate (value 6) 0-4 neg, 5-9 indeterminate, 10+ pos. All other labs normal. Possible lupus? No real other symptoms.
