Testing: I would assume that your physician has ordered a rheumatoid profile. I suggest using OTC NSAIDS for mold to moderate pain, if not allergic to Advil or Aleve. Ask your PCP which he/she suggests. If severe, you may need prednisone.

Incomplete history: Lupus requires meeting at least 4 criteria . Your information suggesting meeting the immunological criteria and at least one symptom criteria. Definitely need follow up with your Rheumatologist. Any skin lesions or abnormal renal or blood count results? Good luck

Currently being tx'd for PSA with plaquenil and Stelera. Last 2 years I've had 1 positive ANA but my (ds) DNA runs extremely high between 835 - 2200 IU/ml. I suffer from extreme fatigue and joint and body aches. Lupus? Another autoimmune disease?
