Unfortunately, you do not tell us your blood pressure range. Furthermore, medication(s) for blood pressure should be adjusted individually based on risk factors and patient's symptoms. Certain patient at your age may need a systolic pressure below 100 but some may have symptoms of low blood pressure even with systolic pressure less than 110. In general, systolic pressure 110 -130 is good @ 67 yo.

Talk to your prescriber as your needs may have changed and your meds may need to be adjusted. Take the log with blood pressures with you when you go for your appointment.
