Been on 50 mg of losartan once a day for about a year my blood pressure runs low now like 90/60 my dr said take 1/2 tab for a few days still running 90/60 is it safe to just stop taking it?

Best: Reference remains your doc who has the full picture. While it sounds reasonable to discontinue it, your doc needs to be aware so that work up for hypotension can be started if needed.

I am allergic to lisinopril AND losartan. I'm take amlodipine 10 mg. & hcz 25 mg. but it 's not controlling my blood pressure. Still too high. What should I be taking since they said metoprolol wasn't doing me any good. (It worked for 1.5 years.?
