Gi doctor please. with todays technology, what is the probably that a gi doc would miss a potential cancerous bleeding polyp during routine colonoscopy?

It depends on many factors, site, size of location quality of bowel prep and the doctors expertise so no probability can be given with any degree of accuracy.
