65 female stage2b colon cancer dx 2017underwent hemicolectomy and adjvunt chemo 12sessions.have been on surveillance.last year colonoscopy revealed adenomatous polyp low grade dysplasia doc said f/u should be 2y later.time frame ok or annually?

You need to separate the follow up for Colon Cancer(for this you need to see your doctor every 6 months to 12 month intervals) and for the colon Polyps. The advice for 2 yearly rechecks is strictly for the Colon polyps which can reappear and require recheck at 2-3 year intervals. Good luck.
