I have bipolar 1 disorder and am having symptoms of mania. i am on an atypical antipsychotic (latuda) in combination with other medications for the disorder, but am still experiencing mania. i also have ptsd. what to do?

You should tell us the name of other medication besides Latuda, an atypical antipsychotic med, which can be used to treat episodes of depression, not mania, associated with bipolar disorder.

Informing your treating psychiatrist or the doc who is prescribing you Latuda would be best as to making proper adjustments to your meds timely and on proper context of your symptoms and previous conditions.
