Tried Lithium?: It’s a hard disorder to treat, Lithium is effective so is Lamictal. Antidepressants use is tricky since it may push you in to mania. If the above two mood stabilizers fail individually try two mood stabilizer with an antidepressant

Change or Adjust Med: Stimulants are not the treatment of choice for bipolar depression, IF you have true bipolar depression you probably need another mood stabilizer. You should have a psychiatric evaluation with proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Sometimes the meds may need to be changed or adjusted. Therapy may also be helpful.
