No.: I believe you have all the symptoms you say. But psychiatric diagnosis is much more complicated. It is likely that you don't have all the syndromes, but rather one, with symptoms that overlap with other syndromes. Self-diagnosis is hazardous. Besides, you are probably miserable with those symptoms. I hope you go for professional help.

Multiple diagnoses: It is possible to see 10 different docs and describe the same symptoms and get 10 different diagnoses. But a mature experienced therapist, a trauma expert, would be able to sort through it all. This is critical because otherwise you could end up on too many different drugs and never get better.
