Paroxysmal afib. flecainide 50 bid, coreg 12.5 bid, losartan 50. so far, works well.normal nuclear stress test. had low potassium in the past, mostly resolved to normal after discontinuing hctz 50. how often should i have blood work?

If you are only concerning about low potassium which won't recur without Hctz. Low potassium (hypokalemia) is common with 50 mg of Hctz even you are taking Losartan which has K retaining effect. You do not need to have blood test repeated for potassium, only the routine blood tests which your family doctor or cardiologist requests.
