I would if there is no active bleeding, but waiting a week would be better if it's especially spicy.

As long as the extraction sites are sutured and the hole is closed up so no food or debris can get in, you can. eat almost anything. A wait of at least 3-4 days is best but you must rinse the area to keep it clean. If there is no bleeding and you follow directions from your doctor than most foods can be eaten.
