Do not disturb: The riule of thumb is NOT to disturb the clot associated with the extraction site. So eat soft foods and liquids the first couple of days until initial healing occurs at the exptraction site.

How long is recent ?: After 7 to 10 days you should be fine, unless it was a complex surgical extraction.
