Wobbly Teeth: It is not uncommon for a tooth next to an extraction site to be a bit sore and possibly feel a bit loose secondary to the procedure.. BUT without being able to see you or knowing how difficult the extraction was or the periodontal status of that tooth, your best bet is to call the dentist who extracted your teeth and let them know.

It is normal: Sometimes the dentist performing the extraction uses the adjacent tooth as a fulcrum. It can cause a slight mobility and tenderness to the adjacent tooth. It doesn't do any harm in the long run. Stay on soft diet and do not put any pressure on this tooth.
