If someone had contaminated body wash with body fluids containing hepatitis b or c and then i used the body wash would i catch hepatitis b or c? i have cuts on my body. ive heard any soap would kill those viruses but im not sure?

You are not at risk of either Hep B or Hep C from what you described.
An effective vaccine for Hep B is available and you should consider getting vaccinated.
