Will washing hands with soap and water kill hepatitis c virus on skin?

Hand washing can remove any pathogens that are in wet fluids or in dried fluids that were lying on the skin surface, but Hep C has a limited survival time if it is not intracellular. Getting rid of Hep C is done with medications taken daily over several months
