I was curious what are the range of symptoms for an upper abdominal ectopic pregnacy like in the liver or spleen or upper stomach can they happen in secondary or primary ectopic. when would person start to feel movement from that type of ectopic?

Pain is probably the earliest symptom (usually around 16-17 weeks gestation), not the fetus's movement.
