Im thinking a lot everyday if im having ectopic pregnancy and im having lower right side pain in abdomen.I also feel dizzy.But negative.Can be anxiety?

Yes, it sounds like: Anxiety. You are not concerned about normal pregnancy, but a variation, an ectopic, despite having a negative pregnancy test. The pain the the abdomen may be a few things but not uncommon. See your doc. Stress or mood disorders cause poor sleep, low energy and pain without a physical cause. Consider a psychiatrist if available, not because you r crazy but 4 best meds if needed, good luck.
