I found out 3 weeks ago that i have an ectopic pregnancy (8 weeks along) and received methotrexate. the dull cramping on my right abdomen went away but has come back. is that normal for the cramping to start back? bhcg has been decreasing good?

With declining beta HCG, the therapy has been successful so I doubt if something goes wrong at this time. Please observe the pain for now. Go to ER if pain becomes intolerable or you have heavy vaginal bleeding.
