I had a laparoscopy last night to remove an ectopic pregnancy. when i move i can still feel air bubbles moving in my abdomen, it is very painful. is this normal?

Not uncommon: CO2 gas is used to dilate the abdominal cavity. It can take time for the gas to be absorbed. If eating OK and not having fever give some time to recover from the procedure. If problem not improving in a day or so then get rechecked.
