I have had enlarged supraclavicular and posterior cervical lymph nodes for 6 months when i got an ultrasound today it measures 1.9 cm . normal cbc ldh, ct head and chest xray area non tender no symptoms . is this cause for concern?

The concerning part of your situation is the length of time you have had these lymph nodes and also your age. I would encourage you to see your doctor and consider a referral for a lymph node biopsy.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
