I am 19, female. first week of december 2020, i was able to palpate my left deep cervical lymph node swelling without any pain or tenderness at all. size is around 2-3 cm. cbc, vital signs and chest x-ray are normal. no fever or cough.i am taking amx?

Reactive lymph nodes tend to decrease by week 6. If not, ENT and further studies may be indicated.

Watch and wait: You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
