Nondiagnostic: These varied symptoms are not explainable with one diagnosis. Sharp, fleeting chest pains often emanate from the nerves or muscles of the rib cage and have no relationship to heart or lungs. The eustachian tube which runs from high in the back of the nose to the middle ear may be clogged with mucus and this can account for the sound and lightheadedness. Discuss these possibilities with your MD.
