The: Artery will pulsate as the heart beats. So the work up should include biopsy of the lymph node to see if correlation with fatigue. Good luck!

I have severe fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, wt loss of 3.2 lb/1 mo,visible left neck and cervical lymphadenopathy (US confirmed). A mammogram was normal however showed an enlarged lymph node now under the left arm. CBC normal. Possible lymphoma?
