Difficult situation as your anxiety appears to have escalated significantly understandably. By size, the lymph node appears in normal limits and so far, there is nothing else to suggest a malignancy, such as lymphoma, nothing in tests nor any typical symptoms of lymphoma. Best approach remains close surveillance under the care of a Hem-onc specialist.

You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
