I had a run of nsvt twice back in 2020 while sleeping (6 beats each) just found out when i went through my medical records. the cardiologis never said anything about it. i have a structurally normal heart. im 22, is this a big deal? should i worry?

You do not say the reason you had your heart rhythm monitored in 2020? In general, without a structural heart disease, the finding of 2 episodes of 6 beat VT is nothing to concern. By UPTODATE: "in contrast to persons with underlying structural heart disease, the prognosis of NSVT is generally benign in those without apparent structural heart disease."
