Fever: A temperature of 38 C is considered low grade fever. Measure temperature periodically. If fever/ vomiting continues needs to be seen,. Influenza and other viruses are going around. Children with congenital heart disease are more prone to complications from infection.

Yes: The horomones that regulate breast milk production can result in dry and atrophic vaginal tissue. This can markedly decrease the sex drive. Exhaustion from around the clock feedings also can have a dramatic impact on sex drive.

Sciatica: A common cause for the type of "shooting pain" described is an injury to the sciatic nerve. Anti-inflammatory medication and physical therapy are common treatments for nerve injuries, but the best treatment is to start off with a trip to a neurologist's office for an evaluation.

My 1month old baby has gurgling sound when she breathes, its like she has phlegm, but she doesn't have cough or cold, its worst at night what could it be?

Can be normal: Babies often have a congested sound because they breathe through their nose and can't blow their noses. Your baby may also have some milk/formula in back of throat that she is not clearing or coughing like adults would. As long as your baby is not having labored breathing, and it is not interferring with her eating or sleeping, treat it as just a noise.

Whats it mean when a woman urinates blood and has sharp pains on the side above hips?

1 doctor answer1 doctor weighed in
Dr. Vance Harris
Family Medicine 37 years experience
Many causes: The most common thing is a bladder infection but there are other causes like a kidney stone (should hurt) or something in the bladder like polyps or other growths. Some bladder conditions like interstitial cystitis can bleed. See a doctor for the right diagnosis as this could be something important. Always get sharp pain checked out as well. Thats our body telling us something is not right.
