These symptoms warrant an evaluation by your MD or a cardiologist. As a starter, testing would include a general exam as well as an EKG, chest X-Ray if deemed advisable, thyroid& basic lab profiles as well as wearing an outpatient cardiac monitor for 48 hours or longer in order to record your heart rate & rhythm during symptoms.

If the shaking gets worse, and you develop a fever, loss of smell and taste, and other abnormalities, than get tested for COVID, and any other tests your PCP recommends. Don't wait see your PCP now.
