My husband has had swelling of his oral mucosa and tongue for almost two years. the swelling "goes and comes back" but never completely gone. can h pylori cause this? doctors cannot seem to find cause?

H. pylori does not cause those oral symptoms. Your husband's symptoms seem consistent with bradykinin-mediated angioedema. He should be evaluated by an allergist if he has not seen anyone yet.
