For 8 years have had 2 pea sized lumps inside tongue, no pain or swelling. seeing a doctor tommorow, hope not cancer. could it be a cyst or something?

Cyst possible: Since they have been present for 8 years, unlikely to be cancerous. The tongue can be somewhat lumpy and irregular. Sometimes cysts or even enlarged taste bud tissue can form in the tongue. Good luck tomorow at your appointment
